• Centrifugal Compressor with Gas Turbine
• Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG)
• Centrifugal Compressor with Steam Turbine
• Turbo Expander
• Air Compressor
• Air Dryer
• Nitrogen Package
• Flow Metering System
• Bently Nevada system
• Fired Heater
Responsibilities have included design, field construction and commissioning, supervision of site installation contractors for LPG train-4 projects at Mina Al Ahamadi Refinery.
Assistance in Solving the Client queries.
Supervision of contractor's activities ensuring the Instrument location and Instrument cable tray, conduit routine as per instrument location layouts.
Checking for Installations of instrument as per hook-up drawings.
Checking the instrument range as per data sheet and I/o List.
Familiar with ISA standards, SABIC standards, Saudi Aramco standards & API.
Comprehensive knowledge of instrument codes and specifications
Preparation of Instrument index and Review of index as per P&IDs.
Preparation of Data sheet & Specification for Instruments.
Preparation of technical query for field instruments.
Evaluation of technical bid analysis.
Having good knowledge in selection of flow instruments based on process requirements.
In-depth knowledge of data sheets, instrument drawings, I/O wiring diagrams, P&IDs, calculation and specifications.
Preparation cable schedule and cable drum schedule for instrument cables of both conventional as well as Field bus based instruments.
Preparation of Process Hook-ups, Electronic Hook-up.
