● Matching Invoice of vendor using ORACLE Invoice Matching Software
● Preparing of Documents Related to Invoice of stocks received
● Raising Discrepancies for short and Excess stocks received
● Issuing Debit Note to vendors against the shortage of stocks Received
● Advising Corporate for making vendor payments once the invoice matching is done
● Maintaining Petty cash
● Verification of fixed Assets and sending monthly Fixed assets reports and AMC for fixed assets
reports to Corporate office
● Consolidation and generation of monthly reports of Stocks Inward, Outward, Damage details and ● Store returns
● Responsible for conducting Pre-Dispatch inspection / Dock audit of indents at Warehouse
Coordinating with Auditors for smooth flow of Audit

● Working on Oracle WMS (warehouse Management System)
● Having Knowledge about Entire Warehouse operations receiving, putaway, picking & Shipping.
● Perpetual Inventory (PI) and Cycle count
● Raising Discrepancy's for short/Excise Received from vendors and stores
● Verification of Daily Transactions TRO and TRI


● Maintaining stock reports Concept Wise
● Achieving targets as per the Order within a given time
● Motivating and training team members
● Creating and maintaining reports in Excel that allows the management to get information on
Daily business activities
