Reporting to the Country Managing Director and Corporate HQ, I played an instrumental role in the business success that includes and is not limited to the following:
• Joined as part of the pioneer Management Team as Head of Operations overseeing daily Operations, including the management of the Accommodations, Transport Planning, Command Centre establishment and Overseas Recruitment & timely mobilization that played a pivotal role in the overall business growth from 350 to 1000 guards over the first 18 months.
o Developed the HR, Operations and Accommodation Management Procedures and Policies
o Established necessary Policies, Procedures and Standards towards attaining the ISO Certifications
o Established the Ops Centre and Incident Reporting framework

• Appointed to spearhead a new Business unit as Head of Operations Planning, Development and Training that saw the further expansion and growth of the business from 1000 to 3000 guards into various sectors in Qatar. Duties included and was not limited to the following:
o Security Tender - Technical write-ups and Solutioning (Banking, Rail, Commercial, Residential, Hotels, Ports, Sporting Events, etc.)
o Planned & Managed (end to end) the smooth transition and takeover of all New Security Contracts with the Training & Operations Team which included but was not limited to the following:
 Kick off meetings and understanding the client expectations
 Recruitment and Selection of candidates from overseas
 Training and licensing of new security staff
 Development of the Project Scope of Work. HIRA and SOP Files
 Ensure effective on Job Training (OJT) of the Security Staff
 Coordinate needed logistics equipment’s for new projects

 Follow up Competency Evaluation, Performance & Annual Refresher Trainings for all projects with timely reports to the client

• Implemented the overall Security Management and Emergency Procedures for the project
• Managed the deployment of the over 300 Security and the Emergency Response Team.
• Managed the allocation of Access Gates towards effective Access Control Management
• Managed the allocation of Access Gates for Civil excavation works towards effective Traffic Management
• Managed the monthly Security meetings with senior management representatives and project managers
• Manage and Coordinate Fire Safety programs, evacuation drills and table top exercises for over 14, 000 staff
• Managed accident & Incident Investigations, crowd and traffic controls and emergency response
• Ensured Health & Hygiene concerns were addressed and closed for the over 65 camp sites.
• Monitored the political and security situations and provided necessary Travel advisory to the organization
• Prepared the Extraction plans for Expats and their Family following the Bomb Blast in the city
