Reporting to the Country Managing Director and Corporate HQ, I played an instrumental role in the business success that includes and is not limited to the following:
• Joined as part of the pioneer Management Team as Head of Operations overseeing daily Operations, including the management of the Accommodations, Transport Planning, Command Centre establishment and Overseas Recruitment & timely mobilization that played a pivotal role in the overall business growth from 350 to 1000 guards over the first 18 months.
o Developed the HR, Operations and Accommodation Management Procedures and Policies
o Established necessary Policies, Procedures and Standards towards attaining the ISO Certifications
o Established the Ops Centre and Incident Reporting framework
• Appointed to spearhead a new Business unit as Head of Operations Planning, Development and Training that saw the further expansion and growth of the business from 1000 to 3000 guards into various sectors in Qatar. Duties included and was not limited to the following:
o Security Tender - Technical write-ups and Solutioning (Banking, Rail, Commercial, Residential, Hotels, Ports, Sporting Events, etc.)
o Planned & Managed (end to end) the smooth transition and takeover of all New Security Contracts with the Training & Operations Team which included but was not limited to the following:
Kick off meetings and understanding the client expectations
Recruitment and Selection of candidates from overseas
Training and licensing of new security staff
Development of the Project Scope of Work. HIRA and SOP Files
Ensure effective on Job Training (OJT) of the Security Staff
Coordinate needed logistics equipment’s for new projects
Successful transition and takeover of projects
Follow up Competency Evaluation, Performance & Annual Refresher Trainings for all projects with timely reports to the client

Provided Security Consultancy & Management Services in the fields of Security, Safety, Business Continuity and Crisis & Emergency Management for various organizations including Facility Management Industry, Transportation Industry, Film Industry, Government Organizations & Private Security Companies operating in Qatar, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, & Thailand.
Consulted and provided Threat & Vulnerability Assessments (1 Year) for Public Transport (Rail), Manufacturing, Logistics and Supply Chain Industries.
Seconded as General Manager (1 year) with complete control of the organization restructuring and optimization exercise, acquired them an “A” grading with the Licensing & Regulatory Authorities and improved the financial cash flow as part of the organization merger and acquisition plan.

• Developed & Implemented Security & Safety Management Policies & Procedures for the client that was in need of a major revamp and retake control of the management of tenants and contracts on site
• Provided necessary Security Management strategies for the deployment, training and management of the over 303 security guards on site
• Developed & Implement necessary procedures towards acquiring ISO Certification for the Organizations QHSE Integrated Management Systems
• Developed & Consulted on technical specification and tender write ups for various Multi-Million Dollar tender contracts for the Security Guarding, CCTV upgrades (MOI Standards) and Preventive Maintenance contracts
Regional Manager responsible for Security, Safety and Business Continuity Management for the organization’s Corporate HQ and Manufacturing sites in Singapore, Indonesia & Malaysia reporting to the Director of Loss Prevention for APAC and Vice President for Singapore Manufacturing Plant:
• Revamped the organizations procedures benchmarking on International standards for Security, Safety, Fire Safety and Business Continuity Management.

Successfully employed by JGC Yokohama on the Multibillion Dolphin Energy Oil & Gas Project in Qatar. Responsibilities included Managing the Security, Safety & Emergency Response for the Project Site with over 14, 000 work force, Multiple Site Offices and over 65 Camp Sites:
• Implemented the overall Security Management and Emergency Procedures for the project
• Managed the deployment of the over 300 Security and the Emergency Response Team.
• Managed the allocation of Access Gates towards effective Access Control Management
• Managed the allocation of Access Gates for Civil excavation works towards effective Traffic Management
• Managed the monthly Security meetings with senior management representatives and project managers
• Manage and Coordinate Fire Safety programs, evacuation drills and table top exercises for over 14, 000 staff
• Managed accident & Incident Investigations, crowd and traffic controls and emergency response
• Ensured Health & Hygiene concerns were addressed and closed for the over 65 camp sites.

• Prepared the Extraction plans for Expats and their Family following the Bomb Blast in the city
Employed as Operations Manager and was promoted to General Manager managing the Security and Technology Integration Business and was responsible for the holistic organization growth from 300 to 1200 Guards over 2 years with the Introduction of technology Integrations to Security Service delivery, managed the day to day running of the company including its recruitment and manpower hiring strategies and acquired A Grading for the newly Established Grading systems for Security Companies:
• Reviewed Security Tenders and submitted necessary tender bids for new projects towards meeting the financial targets.
• Managed the Sales team marketing technology solutions to clients that integrated CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion detection, Visitor Management & Guard Tour systems.
• Attended to client concerns and ensured follow up actions were taken to address, close and maintain relation
• Revamped HR Department to ensure recruitment processes and salary structure were competitive to attract new hires
• Managed the setup of the Command Centre that oversaw the deployment, scheduling of off days and tracking of incidents for all assignments

• Managed the day to day deployment of the Security Executives, Supervisors, Officers & Fire Wardens.
• Managed the command and control of the Fire Command Centre and CCTV Control Room.
