Job Description
Job Purpose:
- Handling Group quotations & VIP cases
- Providing General Knowledge For The Employees
- Guidance For Employees in Special Requests
- Assisting any Employees Shortage Job
- Maintains Workflow in all Departments
- Helping to Incases the Sales by Finding New Markets
- Arranging Schedules of Meetings or Interviews for the CEO during Exhibitions or Sales Call


Duties:
- Building Professional Relationship with Oscar Tours
- Preparing Offers & quotes for Different Markets (French Market in advance)
- Fulfilling tasks relied in aspects of Quotations, Offers, Follow up with Agents for the VIP cases
- Complete supervision on all markets Quotations, including monitoring the reservations Departments & other
Requested services
- Preparing reports for all markets achievements & queries Flow
- Negotiating Special Revised Rates (as per business requirements) with Guides, Restaurants or any off the suppliers to grant the required rates
- Hotels Inspections & preparing reports according to the business aspects
- Develops administrative staff by providing information, answering questions
Director of French Department in Charge

- Coordinate between the departments activities end ensure quality and timely completion of work
- Evaluate the Work and recommend needed changes based on analysis
- Help and direct the staff in all functions
- Follow the company policy and procedures and efficiently supervise the staff accordingly
- Assist and solve operational matters
- Help the departments in evaluating the progress and recommend ways to develop loopholes
- Assist the officials related to employees like recruiting, training allotting breaks, shift relations etc
- Supervising and coordinating the different staff levels
- Supervising all the department on behalf of the manager responsibly like production, marketing, packing
administration, sales and report.
- Examining them with customer requirements and ensuring the company's product manufacturing accordingly
- Efficiently reporting to the management about the needs and requirements for development in the product
manufacturing
- Promoting methods of improvement and quality assurance
- Preparing product related statistical reports and submitting it to the management from time to time
- Estimating customers on quotes quickly and accurately
- Collecting feedback from clients to access possible improvements to existing product and also the need for new
products
- Plan, describe, arrange and sell itinerary tour packages and promotional travel incentives offered by various travel
carriers.
- Provide customer with brochures and publications containing travel information, such a local customs, points of interest, or foreign country regulations.
