1. Client's lead QA/QC representative for monitoring EPC contractors (UOP Honeywell Rassell -Petrojet Co.).
2. Reviewing and assisting to develop quality plan of the project.
3. Monitoring continuous quality improvement of the project's processes.
4. Producing Audit program in order to audit contractors during construction.
5. Support contractors to develop technical assurance plan by providing assistance.
6. Monitoring the close out of audit findings.
7. Tracking all NCRs and confirm corrective action is well defined and implemented.
8. Assessment of contractor's quality items and clarifying any queries during bidding process.
9. Develop and maintain quality management system of the project in accordance to ISO 9001 (2015).
10. Providing QA/QC (system /requirements) training to the quality team of the project.
11. Reviewing test procedures of EPC contractors and monitoring the records (retain documents).
12. Monitoring selection and implementation of procedure Qualification Records (PQR).
13. Reviewing and approving all WPS (welding procedure specification) prepared by EPC contractors.
14. Monitoring WQT (welder qualification test ) of EPC contractor.
15. Monitoring Inspection Activities of EPC contractor.
16. Reviewing all engineering documents (Drawings), NDT & quality test procedures & construction method statements of EPC contractor.
17. Monitoring & inspection of storage tanks and piping and export pipelines (dry gas & LPG & Condensate) and flow lines (Fabrication and Erection and Testing).
18. Attending in weekly QA/QC meeting and identifying and discussing quality issues with EPC contractor.
19. Producing daily/weekly/monthly quality reports and sending to PM of the project.
20. Reviewing MC mechanical completion dossier & signing MCC, walking down systems and raising punching
21. Monitoring system punches close out.
EPCC project of expansion Iraq oil field -Zubair oil field(degassing plants)- for ENI B.V(Italian) company as our client, the contract worth about 220 $
EPC contract for building LNG and LPG full containment Tanks with total capacity of 520, 000 cube meter and utility unit for Iran gas export
company -total worth of contract was 350 $
1. Performing NDT Test such as PT & Leak Test (High Flash Point Oil Test) & Vacuum Box Test
2. Dimensional check of Tanks in accordance to API 650 & ASME Sec.VIII /Dev.1 & 2 (Roundness, Plumb ness, Local deviation)
3. Monitoring Welding Sequence for Storage Tanks & pressure vessels.
4. Supervision on Welder Qualification test (WPT), visual inspection, Preparing RT Maps.
5. Preparing Inspection Report for All Required Inspection in Accordance to ITP.
6. Checking Pre-Heat Temperature Before Starting Any Welding Activities for LPG spherical tanks.
7. Welding inspection post to joint completion.
8. Monitoring hydrostatic test for storage tanks /pressure vessels /piping /pipeline.
9. Preparing inspection reports for dimensional check and fit up and welding visual test.
10. Preparing hydrostatic test package for storage tanks /pressure vessels /piping /pipeline.
11. Controlling welding repair rates and welder performance logs.
12. Attending in OA/QC daily and weekly meeting and discussing with the client about quality issues.
13. Controlling welding consumable and electrode backing process.
14. Producing daily quality reports and sending to QA/QC manager.
