• Managed 85% of the total projects
• Working with companies from different sectors to build their organization structure that reflects their business needs
• Defining workflows to facilitate employees’ requests processes
• Managing employees’ schedules and policies and recommending best procedures
• Helping regional clients develop their Recruitment Process, Performance Appraisals and Learning Management
• Providing clients with training sessions on People365
• Providing internal training sessions
• Troubleshooting errors generated by People365 and solve them (SQL, Log Files)
• Integration between People365 and other systems (Oracle, SAP, Dolphin)
• Acting as a Project Manager to meet deadlines, often under severe time pressures.
• Analyzing customers’ requirements and document the Change Requests
• Develop user guides and power point presentation, and document new features
• Running UAT and obtain Customer Acceptance
• Running test cases to insure that the system is bug free.
• Acting as a Pre Sales Consultant by providing demonstration for new customers on People365

 Provide exceptional support to end users
• Respond to e-mail and telephone support requests
• Remotely connect to users’ computers, determine minimal use-case to recreate issue, solve issue if possible or provide concise details to development for further analysis and resolution.
• Use deductive problem solving skills to investigate and solve a broad range of puzzles each day
 Improve SETS products and processes:
• Analyze each support request for root cause, determine if the issue could be prevented by changes in the software or business processes, and outline change recommendations.
• Capture details of each support request in CRM.
 Act as liaison between users and development:
• Help test fixes provided by development and incorporate them into client sites
• Work closely with development to make the software more intuitive, easier to deploy and easier to support.
 Quality Assurance Member:
• Make sure that the Software meets the standards and are also error free.
• Review Business cases and determine areas requiring enhancement.
• Coordinate and Communicate with the Product Owners in reviewing business cases
 Data Migration and Data Conversion for small, medium as well as large companies
