Maintains relationship with terminal maintenance staff, security team, and customer service representatives
•Ensures terminal facilities and services are performing as expected to guarantee smooth passenger travel
•Identifies and rectifies immediate problems at the terminal
•Monitor and supervises employees from Maintenance, IT, Security, Customer Service and Cleaning departments working in and outside the terminal
•Coordinates with Ministry of Information department for overall terminal safety and security matters
•Communicate all airport matters to airport General Manager and CEO

•Investigate and solve customer problems passed on by customer service assistants

• Re-check any completed work to ensure that the quality meets the standards required for safety
• Keep detailed records of the repairs and maintenance performed
