Preparation of financial reports, including Profit and Loss Account, Balance Sheet
Overseas the General Accounting process of Inter-company and financial reporting
Accounts Payable / Receivables and bank reconciliation
Keeping records of consumption and checking stock for items in regular intervals
Analyzing sales data to identify unexpected patterns and trends
Monitoring day-to-day function of banking operation
Responsible for the maintenance of all accounting ledger including monthly review of all accounts reconciliation
Preparation of all financial reports, including Profit and Loss Account, Balance Sheet, as well as year-end financial reports
Brand wise Profitability of the activities on monthly basis along with comparative figures of previous years
Work with internal and external auditor during reviews and audits to ensure full cooperation from accounting staff and compliance with all qualified reports
Review and prepare annual internal and external auditing schedule and coordinate audit activities
Hands-on in Payroll processing for group of employees / Staff Settlements
Provide timely explanation of variance between actual and forecasts / budgets from management
Regularly updating senior managers of progress and areas concern
Overseas the General Accounting process of Inter-company, Fixed Assets accounting and financial reporting
Provide support in financial consolidation of group of companies
Provide support in budget preparation and expense management activities
Monitoring and managing the performance of team account executives
Coordinate with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines
All other activities related to Accounts & Finance
Accounting work of various business units, such as garments, security consultant, contractors etc.
Filling of income tax & sales tax returns
