checking their attendance and solving the problems concerning the transfer and
termination of employees due to inappropriate attitude.

- Sorting the CVs of the prospective candidates and making interviews
- Preparing permits for the employees to get an Aramco ID card and attending the meetings
between the company and Aramco.
- Responsible for Saudization.
- Dealing with the different issues regarding the non-Saudi passports on King Fahad

- Dealing with the car accidents on site, with the traffic police and Aramco Security Office.
- Organizing administrative work
- Enforcing the Labor office regulations in the company and dealing with the claims
against the company in the Labor Office.
- Preparing an educational program for the employee 2 hours a day to improve their English skills.
