o Manage the execution of the HR Strategy and core areas of the HR Division; including HR Services, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Reward and Recognition, as well as maintaining the FTE budget within the group.
o Directing day to day HR operations within the group to optimize service efficiency and ensure exceptional employee experiences and SLAs through digitalization projects and centralized group processes.
o Maintained comprehensive knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and corporate compliance requirements, to ensure full adherence and governed with Federal, Free Zone and Labor Laws.

o Plan and execute employee engagement action plans and activities year long, includes: RAKEZ Purpose, RAKEZ Culture, CEO Open Majlis, Recognition Programs, RAKEZ Clubs, People Events, etc.
o Oversee all employee internal communication through creating a consistent HR tone and character while ensuring our guiding principles are embedded.
o Lead and mentor a dedicated team of HR professionals, fostering collaboration, skill development, and high-quality service delivery.
o Lead Transformation projects such as HR Digitalization and HR BI dashboards.

o Involve in many projects such as performance management, office relocation and attendance notifications.
o Recognition programs and seek opportunities for better work environment.
o Manage all staff data in the SAP system after the administrators to assure accurate reports
o Full background of the UAE Labor Law.
