Ahead of Procurement and Commercial office/team located in the Eastern Province, sourcing all types of material locally and globally as well as providing all kind of supports to all company’s projects and branches.

1. Ahead of procurement team set of more than 10 persons under my supervision.
2. Dealing with more than 300, 000 Sr. for petty cash orders.
3. Locate vendors of material, equipment or supplies and meet them to determine product availability and best terms of sales.
4. Using craft negotiation strategies to close deals with optimal terms.
5. Review, evaluate and approve specifications for issuing and awarding bids.
6. Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies, material and equipment…etc.
7. Continuously monitoring, evaluating and improving supplier performance.
8. Control purchasing department budgets.
9. Monitoring material delivery to ensure it’s on time.
10. Ensure that purchasing department works within the companies Operational Procedures.
11. Provide alternative sources in case of supplier failure.
12. Maintain records of goods ordered and received, prepare financial documents and reports on weekly bases.
13. Examine financial records to ensure compliance with policies or regulations.
14. Controls shipments locally and overseas.
15. Manage customs clearance from all ports.
16. Handling and issuing order’s payments (cheques, cash, L/C’s)

Thorough follow-up and facilitates the flow of materials to and from the various departments at a job site. Ensure that the right materials arrive at the site at the right time. Sometimes inspects goods upon delivery to ensure the level of quality and quantity, and to ensure adherence to specifications. Close coordination with vendors to make sure accurate and on time delivery of goods to appropriate locations, sometimes supplying material directly from market. Traveling all around the world to inspect and expedite material delivery. In addition, controlling projects milestones as a Material Supervisor.
