Medical ICU
As staff nurse and charge nurse as the assignment, in AMANA (medical and rehabilitation hospital) in UAE (alain ), dealing with long term ventilated, trachistomized (pediatrics and adult) patients, during the shift i am responsiple about 1 or 2 patient as staff nurse and responsiple about 20 staff nurse as charge, doing all nursing care (dressing for trachestomy, monitoring VS, monitoring epilepsy fit, care of ventilatore, dealing with all monitoring and medical electronic machine....), and as charge nurse do the assignment for next shift, despinsing the controle and narcotic meds, solve problems and follow the investication result, helps the other staff and teach them how to organize their work ….
AS charge nurse in DR SULAIMAN ALHABIB HOSPITAL in alqaseem (buraida), private hospital, JCIA accredited hospital, I am working in CCU and ICU department which contain 20 bed, dealing with all type of critical cases (neurology, cardiology, medical chronic and acute cases, post operation Pediatrics and adult ) using all advanced equipment to apply care for patients (ventilator, cardiac monitor, ICP monitoring device, infusion pumps...), caring of patients on sedation and inotropes, drainages, tracheostomy, CVP, arterial line ..).
- Duties and responsibilities:
- Dealing with all ICU and CCU adult and pediatric patients Patient, emergency cases, cardiology, neurology, post op patients, On ventilator, cardiac monitor, have CVC, isolation, tracheotomy, chest tube, drainage, and indwelling irrigation, and all type of isolation and procedures, admitted and discharge patients .
- As Team leader:
-responsible about 11 staff, arrange the assignment, admitted and discharge patients check and check narcotic, manage, supervised, assessing, nursing staff.
-Planning and providing patient care according to the unit based standards.
- Communication, delegation, conflicts resolution, developing work quality.
- -Communicate with physicians’ carrying out orders and documenting all relevant information according to APIE (assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation) process.
-Maintain positive professional interpersonal relationships with patients, their families and members of the health care team.
-Maintaining a quality service
- Provide clinical advice and support to nursing staff, working on high priority and organizing work .
AS EMT, in emergency and public safety department, Abu Dhabi Police GHQ, Ministry of Interior, UAE, am assigned in al-Ain, as paramedic nurse we are dealing with trauma case, medical case, gynecology, disaster cases, treating the client in the scene or stabilize him and transferring to Aljimi hospital or tawam hospital, 2 nurse are assigned on the ambulance, working 48 hours in the week.
SN1 in AL-Hussein Cancer Center in jordan, in BMT unit ( bone marow transplant) in which we transplanting stem cell for pateints have ( ALL, AML, CML, THALASEMIA, HD, NHD, MULTIPLE MYLOMA, MULTIPLE FIBROSIS, ), dealing with complication of transplantation, and gave chemotherapy, AL- hussein Cancer Center is the only specialized cancer center in Jordan (amman), it's JCIA Accredited center and Disease Specific Center contains more than 150 beds, the BMT Floor contain 10 rooms, and the ratio was 1:2, I worked as an incharge nurse and staff nurse according to assignment (full time), supervised 4 nurses during day shift or night shift as charge nurse.
-Duties and Resposibilies:
Dealing with adult and pediatrics cancer patients both genders, giving chemotherapy, blood and blood products transfusion, applying procedures like, lumber puncture, bone marrow aspiration and biopsy and dealing with drop-in patients especially neutropenics.
-Dealing with BMT complications; Acute grant versus host disease (Acute GVHD)
-Providing Emergency (Oncology/Hematology) patients care.
-Planning and providing patient care according to the unit based standards.
-Communicate with physicians' carrying out orders and documenting all relevant information according to APIE (assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation) process.
-Maintain positive professional interpersonal relationships with patients, their families and members of the health care team.
-Contribute to the development, implementation and evaluation of unit activities.
-Demonstrates a professional commitment to patients and fellow health care professionals.
-Demonstrates critical thinking, conflict management and problem solving ability.

Staff Nurse 1, shift resource, and team leader according to the monthly assignment (full time work), supervised 8 to 9 nurses, In King faisal specialist hospital and research center, in walk in clinic and treatment area (25 beds capacity) Ryadh, Saudia Arabia, KFSH&RC is general organization, a tertiary hospital ( provide all medical services) and it's one of the leading hospital in meddle east with capacity of 750 beds, working with JCIA accreditation in pediatric out patient treatment area in which patients are receiving chemotherapy, blood and blood products, and procedures like, lumber puncture, bone marrow aspiration and biopsy, and deal with drop-in patients especially neutropenics.
-During my work period in king faisal hospital, I covered in care ward B, as a float nurse or over time, dealing with hematologic and netropenic cancer patients, give chemotherapy, care, help in procedure.

-Duties and responsibilities: Dealing with all adult cancer patient, give chemotherapy, deal with complication of chemotherapy, in which patients are receiving chemotherapy, blood and blood products, and procedures like, lumber puncture, bone marrow aspiration and biopsy, and deal with drop-in patients especially netropenics.
