Responsible for the overall management of Information Technology functions including
managing & supports all departments’ functions and services.
Having a good understanding of Windows Server & Windows Client, System installation & configuration, Fingerprint Devices, Firewall Devices, and installing third-party software.
Managing and supporting LAN/WAN networks within the organization, including regular
maintenance of the network and handling troubleshooting.
Configuring and Managing a secure connection between Branches & Head Office within
VPN technology.
Configuring and Managing IP PBX Phone System.
Troubleshooting and resolving all problems encountered with the end-users.
Experience to handle Domain/workgroup network environment.
Provide support and knowledge to the IT technical team.
Configuring and troubleshooting Surveillance Systems (CCTV).
Act as a liaison between departments, vendors, and senior management for application
software related issues.
