 Managed, supported and executed precise plan to support the reconstitution of 15 T-6 Aircrafts in Iraq, including
manning (mechanics and pilots), in country housing and security, in country logistics, spares and repair of aircraft
component, light overhaul of all engines and ferrying all 15 aircrafts to different base.
 Realigned and Streamlined processes, including digital request for services, the negotiation, development and
implementation of a digital solution for Textron Aviation Defense Aircraft Component Repair Cycle Management
(RCM) with no upfront/ NRE cost, resulting in reduced TAT (Turnaround Time) to repair aircraft components,
increased customer satisfactions, digital status update via dashboard and reduced operation cost. 2022

Served as one of the two strategic buyers for the startup aerospace company to create a synergy with their existing businesses, develop strategies, establish suppliers in accordance with the long term vision of the company, and transfer of aircraft work packages.

*Managed delegated suppliers setup, contracts and procurement of all parts for the transfer of complex Ailerons A330 from Airbus in France to Strata in Abu Dhabi , UAE including detailed coordination with Strata’s legal and Airbus SCM, this is a major milestone and the first primary Aircraft structure assemblies at Strata and the Middle East .
*Negotiated, awarded and Lead cross-functional team (Quality, Logistic, Facility) to implement Strata’s external UAE warehouses in Dubai, including an external freezer to store pre-preg carbon material, Freezer monitoring and qualifications in 10 weeks, this is to avoid impact to operation or costly alternatives.
*Negotiated and implemented SAP workflow to expedite the process for Invoice approval.
*Negotiated 46% cost reduction to implement the correct solution for Strata WMS (Warehouse Management System) using SAP module.
*Negotiated and implemented Strata European warehouse in France to streamline deliveries to Airbus.
*Developed detailed 8 years procurement strategy plan (known as 2020 plan) for current and upcoming programs.
