Human resources responsibilities:

Train the human resources and ensure their application of the Code of Conduct and community center guidelines, or any other guidelines developed by UNHCR and STD
Identify human resource needs and suggest training opportunities accordingly
Establish a complaint mechanism for center staff, volunteers and beneficiaries
Financial/Administrative responsibilities:
Assess procurement needs
Coordinate and supervise the correctness of STD finance/admin procedures
Maintain soft and hard records of all procurement contracts (services and products)
Ensure and supervise monthly staff salaries and regular volunteer allowances in coordination with the admin and finance assistant
Monitor budgeting, expenditure and expense tracking activities throughout the project, in close collaboration with the Central Management
Coordinate with the Central Management on setting the payment schedule, ensuring accurate payment of regular expenses and settling installments to contractors
Reporting responsibilities:
Prepare the overall community service monthly report including the AGD
Propose new activities according to identified needs in the community
Suggest solutions for problems encountered with activities, budget, work plan and human resources, discuss them with the Central Management and participate in the decision-making process
Regularly monitor and evaluate the quality of activities being implemented
I am pleased to cooperate with all official agencies working in the humanitarian field in order to mitigate the negative effects that have afflicted this wonderful country Syria.
Working with UN agencies and local partner organizations to support children acutely affected by conflict. War hits children the hardest. This is fundamentally wrong and outrages us. I believe that something can be done about this. I like providing protection for children who are acutely marginalized by the effects of conflict in Syria. Moreover, preparing shelters, hygiene, emergency kits and food for IDPs.
