• Planning and development of strategic plans for export activities and setting goals to be achieved as well as how to achieve these goals consistent with public policy and the objectives of the company.
• Study export opportunities in various overseas markets to express the right marketing mix (products - sales areas - pricing policies - credit policies - the appropriate promotions) to achieve the strategic plans for the company targets sales as well as selling short-term plans to achieve maximum profitability for the company.
• Represent my company in various international exhibitions and organizing trade missions in targeted foreign markets.
• Coordinate with all departments of the company (production - Stores - Finance - after-sales service) to facilitate and accelerate the effective implementation of export sales plans to achieve company targets sales to meet customer needs at the appropriate times.
• Recruitment, training and monitoring performance of export sector effectively and permanently, also analyze all export sales reports (Daily - weekly - monthly) to monitor the implementation of the export sales targets and identify deviations and intervention to modify them first hand.
• Effective communication with customers to study the market to discovery of problems and find quick and radical solutions to these problems as well as dealing with all customer inquiries and requests proposals at an appropriate time.
• Maintain good relations with all levels both within the company and outside the company and the preparation of all reports for senior management to pursue specific targets.

• Handle all Customers Complains, Suggestions & Correspondence in a timely fashion.
