As Program Management I have been responsible for the efficient and profitable management of the company's project in Amman.
Main tasks a senior program manager include: account management; supervision of employees and external consultants; handling daily staff assignments; planning and administering budgets; controlling income and revenue; and tracking program expenses.
I have involved in analysing the business's activities, expenses and profits, establishing goals, and communicating the strategy throughout the organization. Also I directed, defined and coordinated program, establishing objectives, develop requirements, plan schedules and estimate costs.
I have Reviewed proposals, negotiating contracts, monitoring technical issues and preparing reports, as well as I have supervises staff, using knowledge of organizational development to lead teams toward reaching goals.
