• Job Responsibilities of FPSO Erha (Exxon Mobil): Maintaining, repair and adjust all mechanical equipment onboard the FPSO, maintenance of all rotating equipment. Maintenance and troubleshooting of gas turbine-driven equipment, such as gas compressors, power generators. Provide mechanical support for centrifugal compressors Dresser rand & Water Injection weir pumps and booster pumps, Seawater pumps and OCU systems, Centrifugal pumps, Crude Oil transfer pumps, Process cooling medium pumps, Rotary type Instrument Air compressors Ingersoll-Rand. Various kinds of Chemical injection pumps. Also maintain facility safety equipment like firefighting equipment, Fire Water Diesel Engines. HP gas compressors for injecting the gas into the wells at the rate of 280 bars. Worked with vendors service engineers & achieved desired result with the help of continues efforts through team work in the multicultural environment. Further carried out routine maintenance as per vendor’s recommendations, maintained and analyzed log sheets for optimum smooth operations of all equipment & machined spare parts for all equipment on board as required.

Worked as Mechanical Supervisor in ADNOC OFFSHORE - SARB Field - Oil & Gas Train and Offshore platforms - Abu Dhabi -UAE.

• Supervise and Maintenance of the Rotating & Static Equipment (inclusive of various pumps, compressors, gearboxes, pressure vessels, piping, storage tanks etc.)
