Built up R&D facility of 80, 000 SQFT areas as per GMD Specifications & associated facility of 50, 000 SQFT areas as per FM global guidelines which include liaising, Site due diligence with lesor, Project management, procurement and contract management, allocation & utilization of space and resources, and lab validation as per standard requirement.
Managed design consultant coordination, end customer sign offs, project budget control, vendor liaisons & quality execution for infrastructure project.

Led System Integration-Digitization project which includes intensive Communication & Co-ordination across global team & hand holding with Genpact team (Digitization core team). Project scope starts from request creation from global GE sites for testing services till customer gets the result followed by data warehousing.
