Formulating capital budget, maintenance and repairs budget, extraordinary budget and sustenance budgets.

My Final year minors were Research Methodologies, Legal Aspects of Business, Strategic Management & Business Policy and International Business Management. My final year project was on Project Cost Estimation and Scheduling, Case Study: Primary Reformer Catalyst Tube Replacement. It analyzed the criticality of Cost estimation and Scheduling with respect to the successful completion of a project, meanwhile giving due credits to the execution phase which actually transformed all the planning into action. It has also thrown some light on the third constraint of scope.
B.E. in Civil Engineering with final year specialization in Structural Dynamics, Finite Elements in Civil Engineering, Advanced Structural Analysis and Earthquake Resistant Structures. Where as final year minors where Environmental Engineering, Design of Reinforced and Pre-stressed concrete, Irrigation and water resource engineering and Construction Management. My final year project was based on using Char waste (i.e. by product of sponge iron factory) as an aggregate as a substitute for naturally available rock in construction of road. The same was tested for physical and chemical parameters and then utilized in road construction for 1 km stretch in high density traffic movement road in mining area in Goa, India
