• Inventory Control and Analysis
• Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes.
• Prepare, maintain, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables.
• Complete period-end closing procedures and reports as specified. Managing and maintaining supplies and inventory, Supervise daily activities to ensure safe and efficient storage, in-stock position
• Supervise and ensure correct ordering, receiving, unloading, storage, and rotation of merchandise, keeping the stock between Min & Max. Quantity, avoid expiry and waste and return it to supplier if applicable.
- Liaise as a means between bank and customers.
- Promote and cross-sell banking products and services to customers.
- Answering questions in person or on telephone.
- Communicating the new policies and products and services announced by the management of the bank to the clients.
- Provide banking assistance and customer service to bank customers.
- Assist and support bank administration in its operational issues.
- Gather and analyze financial and related data of customers.
- Managing, preparing and checking bank documents and statements.
- Other function related to cash management, reconciliation, and loan transaction
- Verify and inspect loan documents and customer credentials.
- ATM Management
- Ensure compliance of security and banking policies and guidelines in banking assistant functions.
- Management of Foreign Currency, Cash in Vault
- Reconciling Bank Statements and Accounts loan coupons and other transactions
- Assisting supervisor in making drafts, opening LC etc
• Perform market survey on Surya Polar Ice brand of Surya Nepal.
• Establish good rapport mechanism with internship supervisor
• Collection and organization of research data using appropriate tools and techniques
• Preparation of research report outlining the summary and research conclusion.
• Submission of research report to the internship supervisor and internship thesis to the University for Examination Purpose.
• Records management: Manage the filing, storage and security of documents
• Monitor the financial system and inventory records in order to ensure finances and inventories are maintained in an accurate and timely manner
• Administer employee files and records in order to ensure accurate payment of benefits and allowances
• Supervise customer service, marketing and respond to inquiries
• Manage the repair and maintenance of computer and office equipment
• Responsible for preparing of publicity brochures, handouts, leaflets and management and update of information on social media sites.
