Job Description:
* Analyzing and testing of raw material and finished products
* Field trial and third party sample analysis.
* Quality improvement and maintaining.
* Responsible for QA and QC routine jobs.
* Developing new formulation
* Making lab blends and expertise in work off of lubricating oils.
* Training junior chemists in testing.
* Conducting Internal Audit.
* Lab Safety
* Good Laboratory Practices
* Active participation and involvement in QMS, EMS and 17025 systems
* Testing and evaluation of Packaging materials used for Lubricating oil
* All Lubricants testing includes Transformer oil, Brake fluids, Coolants and
Greases, Additives
* Used Lubricants (oil) monitoring with comments.

Currently i am doing all Lubricants testings like engine oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil, transmission oil, cutting oil, additives, base oils, brake fluids, coolants and grease testins.I conducting internal auddit, monitoring records, lab safetly as a chemist.
