• Maintain official correspondence with internal department and external stakeholders
• Maintain a very congenial and supportive relationship with the regulatory authorities and other required service departments of the government.
• Develop rapport and maintain liaison with BTRC to help the regulatory operations personnel.
• Prepare monthly report on different queries, projects.
• Build professional and trusting connectivity by maintaining good relationships.
• Create clear, precise, and properly detailed client program documentation.
• Supply management with reports on customer interests for new services.
