the lawyer by providing records and documents received from clients.
•Accepting telephone calls and entertaining walk-in clients and receiving client’s documents.
•Disseminating and providing information and procedures based on Clients’ legal inquiries.
•Preparing notaries documents like affidavits, deed of sales, contracts, real estate mortgage and other legal related papers and submit it the boss for checking and signing.
•Maintaining proper and clean filing of legal documents and make sure that all papers are complete.
• Maintaining computerized and book records in all prepared, signed and released documents and perform records update from time to time.
•Compiling, copying, sorting and filling records of clients
•Operating office machines such as photocopiers, scanners and personal computers, proofread data and other information.
•Accepting payments and identifying legal charges fees.
•Basic bookkeeping and accounting such as reporting received payments tallied with the transactions prepared and signed by the lawyers and reporting expenses.
•Performing other duty that maybe required from time to time like submitting documents to other lawyers for signature.
