• Analysis of the customer requirements and identification of potential gaps.
• Preparation and execution of test books and test cases.
• Testing services like Voice SMS, IVR, USSD, MCN, etc... For correctness based on the specifications agreed with the client.
• Checking compliance of the service documentation.
• Analysis of clients' reported software bugs and identifying the root cause of the reported issues.
• Develop and implement moderately complex test plans and test cases.
• Participate in special or customer-specific projects as assigned and implement Quality Assurance efforts.
• Propose improvements.
• Work closely with the customer for identifying and resolving service gaps.
• Configuring & Managing VAS services (MMS, WAPGW, SMS, USSD)
• High ability to manage and perform the required reports per customer request like hourly, daily, weekly and incident reports.
• Responsible for Huawei management applications I2000 “telecom applications based on UNIX/Linux(Suse/Ubuntu) and Windows Server”
• Identifying and responding to faults on the network/services infrastructure, escalate service impacting incidents to management, and coordinate with third parties suppliers, all through to resolution.
• Managing the Workflow of support issues raised by customer.
• Good ability to install and upgrade any Huawei products software.
• Managing all UNIX/Linux and database troubleshooting issues with high responsibility in dealing with the hardware issues.
• Troubleshooting customer's trouble tickets with fast response using HPSM system.
• Performing the necessary Maintenance and backup schedules for operating systems and databases.
• Managing 2nd level troubleshooting for VAS services “MMS, WAP & AAA”
• High ability to manage and perform the required reports per customer request like hourly, daily, weekly and incident reports.
• Responsible for Huawei management applications I2000 “telecom applications based on UNIX/Linux(Suse/Ubuntu) and Windows Server”
• Strong experience in professional services focused on mobile / telecom industry.
• Identifying and responding to faults on the network/services infrastructure, escalate service impacting incidents to management, and coordinate with third parties suppliers, all through to resolution.
