Visit and perform witness inspections and monitor processes at Factory Acceptance Test (FAT).
Preparation of QAP / ITPs for the construction, testing & pre-commissioning activities.
Execute the inspection and Quality Control activities on site for installation, testing and Pre-commissioning on the equipments and systems.
Ensuring supervision and coordination of quality control activities on equipment / systems construction and installation activities.
Ensuring the correct implementation of the approved Inspection Test Plan & Quality control procedure / method statement, project specification, codes & standards.
Review and updates As-built drawings.
Execute E & I Construction Assessment in accordance with Surveillance & Witness Program.
Attend and contribute to site and Project Audit, Technical meetings as necessary.

QCP/ITP, Procedures, QA Documents Review & Approval.
Review of design documents and reporting to Lead Engineer for any noted discrepancies.
Co-ordination with design home office to expedite the document approval and issue the same to Client and at project site.
Execute the Quality Control inspections for installation, testing, Pre-commissioning and commissioning on the electrical equipment and systems.
Ensuring supervision and coordination of quality control activities on equipment/systems construction and installation activities.
Ensuring the correct implementation of the approved Inspection Test Plan.
Resolving the technical issues at site to expedite the job progress.
Issues the relevant Quality Records, Non-conformance Reports and site observation reports to the Subcontractor’s concerned departments / discipline heads and updating the same to the Client
Preparation of weekly and monthly inspection reports and submitting the same to the Client.
Execute E & I Construction Assessment in accordance with Surveillance & Witness Program.
Attend and contribute to site quality & technical meeting with Client and Contractor, as necessary.
Review and updates As-built drawings.

Review of Vendor’s Quality Control Plan / Procedures (QCP) and ITP’s.
Review and Verification of test / Inspection reports for the Vendor’s supplied Packages / items in line with approved purchase order, Material Requisitions and Project specifications.
Preparation and Issue of Inspection release note for the Equipment / material to Purchase department for the dispatch from Vendor/Supplier.
Review E&I Contractor’s completion dossier / files for accuracy and adequacy.
Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly inspections base reports (Witness and Surveillance).
Maintaining the traceability of QA/QC records for final submission.
Issuance, Verification and closing of Non Conformance Reports for the major deviations from Project Specifications, Site observation memo (SOM).
Issuance, Verification and closing of Site observation memo (SOM).
Preparation and Review of Mechanical Completion Dossier (E & I system) before submission to Company / PMC to achieve the Mechanical Completion Certification for the System/Packages.
Lead a team of QA/QC and Document Control personnel to prepare the Project Final Handover documents (O&M Manual, Provisional Acceptance Certificate Package, Manufacturing Data Record Books, and QA/QC Documents as per Contract) for final submission

Review and implementation of QCPs and ITPs for Electrical, BMS, Fire & Gas and Telecom systems installation, testing and pre-commissioning activities.
Performing the Material Receiving Inspections in compliance with Project Specification, and Purchase order at project site / site store.
Routine area surveillance and monitoring for the Electrical, BMS, Fire & Gas and Telecom system’s installation, testing and pre-commissioning activities.
Perform the field inspections with Client/TPI for the Electrical, BMS, Fire & Gas and Telecom systems installation, testing and pre-commissioning activities in line with the approved drawings, QCPs, ITPs, Project Specifications and applicable International Code & Standards
Preparation and signing off the end to end inspection reports.
Preparation of daily reports for Witness, Surveillance and monitoring activities.
Maintaining the quality control records for final submission.
Issuance, Verification and closing of internal NCR.
Follow up and closing of NCRs issued by Client / Consultant Representative.
Maintaining the quality control records for final submission.

Installation of LV Transformer, LV/MV switchgear panels, MCC’s, MV/LV Motor feeder’s, Bus coupler isolator’s, Distribution Panels, Inverter panel, Capacitor bank, Battery bank, Shutdown Panel, Telemetry Interfacing Cabinet, PLC Cabinet.
Installation of cable tray / cable way.
Underground (Buried) and above ground cable laying (HT/MV/LV & Fiber Optic).
Cable Glanding and Termination.
Insulation Resistance (IR) & Continuity Test of Power, control & signal cables.
Leak testing of Air / Impulse tubing.
