• Managing the M&E department, ERP and the data governance for JOHUD
• Lead the M&E for all JOHUD projects, departments, and centers
• Developing the information management systems to ensure the quality of outputs, including the ERP system
• Establishing databases and information about the operations and procedures of the organization units in a way that helps in evaluating their performance in the future
• Collecting information and data related to all organization units, analyzing them, and issuing reports to higher management
• Establishing a system for exchanging information between senior management and all the organization units and external parties
• Supervising the applied corporate information systems to ensure access to advanced technological tools to provide the necessary information to support and improve institutional performance
• Collect and analyze data in the field as well as comparing data records to Ona records and support in the data cleaning process
• Work closely with the volunteers in the CBOs and follow up on their work
• Develop data collection tools and instruments that are essential in monitoring project progress against set milestones and evaluating impact of project activities in targeted communities
• Contribute in monitoring efforts in the project to ensure full compliance with standards for learning, documentation, dissemination and use of relevant learning
• Preparing internal progress reports, donor reports and stakeholders reports as requested
• Contribute in documentation, project data, lessons learnt and best practices for internal and external sharing
