• Managed the 8000 sq. ft. facility equipped with more than 30 machine tools & equipment with a notable list of clients in GCC and North America.
• Pioneering company in the introduction of a fully dedicated Tool Room in Bahrain equipped with CNC
technology machinery with unmatched precision delivery.
• Key tasks include Business Operations Management, Project Control (Planning, Implementation,
Management, Finance, Quality & Delivery), Supply Chain & Logistics, Purchasing and Sales & Marketing.
• Created web-based Technical Delays Management System that generated daily reports & KPIs online & entirely eliminated tasks of 2 data entry clerks from daily manual input.
• Monitored KPIs of airline compared to industry standards & competitors in the region & work closely with VP Technical Services & Head of Performance Dept in providing analysis & recommendations.
• Responsible for Monitoring Cruise-Stage fuel-consumption of Trent772 engines through APM data analysis & provided findings & recommendations for corrective action.
• Monitored component reliability & maintained regular correspondence with Vendors in addition to quarterly & annual reliability report meetings to improve/restore component reliability issues.
• Created & submitted process findings with recommendation to management.
• Initiated the relationship with partners to establish the business and exited successfully within 36 months.

• Assisted NGC Integrated Systems with the creation of a CATIA 3D solid model library to upgrade from the existing CATIA V4 library of aerospace components to CATIA V5.
• Created a 3D Standards library with parametric data tables for user easy interface & part number location.
