• Created web-based Technical Delays Management System that generated daily reports & KPIs online & entirely eliminated tasks of 2 data entry clerks from daily manual input.
• Monitored KPIs of airline compared to industry standards & competitors in the region & work closely with VP Technical Services & Head of Performance Dept in providing analysis & recommendations.
