• Preparing the yearly plan& Budget with regards to the project managers.
• Handling the entire marketing campaign of the events, coordinating with specialized magazines and news papers, for the entire event themes including all advertisement, brochures, catalogue, web site, & all other materials related to the event.
• Managing the booths construction marketing process with all clients including layouts & designs negotiations, mantling & implementation.
• Direct contact with the freight forwarder in order to solve any custom related problems with regards to foreign exhibitors.
• Handling all marketing plan to contact all business to ensure sale all space & branding materials related to the events, including all printed materials, company profiles, brochures, invitations, catalogue etc.
• Handling all exhibitors’ allocations and special requirements such as electricity & water supplies, network & internet connections, extra equipments and furniture
• Responsible for all other functions alongside the exhibitions, press conferences, gala-dinners & receptions.
• Direct the team's sales organization through outstanding leadership, sales meetings .
• Maintain updated data about the customer &sponsorship and utilize as a role model for the sales team,
• Train, motivate and develop Partner's sales team to achieve the necessary level of performance to fulfill the job need.
• Keep updated records on all business development agreements, negotiations & implementation with key accounts and all big weighted customers,
• Produce a monthly sales report as well as promotional activities evaluation & follow up reports, Drafting and obtaining sponsorship offers for the company.
• Sales/marketing presentations, trade show/events, management and sales support
• Supervision of the entire Sales team, including setting quota, weekly meeting and reporting directly to management.
• Interviewing and training new staff.
