Coordinating Insurance Card new Application, Renewal, lost card, card cancellation, follow ups and updating record.
Coordinating & preparing list of visa renewal every month.
Issuing memo for requesting money to Accounts.
Preparing requests letter including muroor letter for driving license, request letter for government related issues etc.
Prepare applications for CICPA (Security pass) including manpower and vehicles.
