Position Title Material Controller Function Procurement& Contracts

RESPONSIBILITIES

1-Control and monitor the availability of materials according to materials Master Plan and send report to Head section for re order, to avoid shortage /overstock of materials.
2- Maintaining stock of material needed for maintenance of the plants.
3- Material requirement planning & control
4- Forecast material requirements based on MRP Run in” DIS” system and analyze accuracy of Master Data in replenishment suggestion.
5- Creation of new material codes for maintainable spares not coded in “ DIS “ MM
6- Technical support and necessary advise for day by day material Related Issues.
7- Respond to auditor & finance department requirements related to the inventory;
8- Responsible of analyzing periodic stock count report provided and help to maintain accurate data in the DIS system.
9- Follow up entry of return materials in the system according to return materials reports provided.
10- Review the items before obsolete them technically.
11- Participate on the preparation of selling items as a scrap and follow up scrap items issue to purchasers.
12- Work with section head & department manager to develop inventory management system according to expected future changes...
13- Any other duties, as assigned.
