• Monitoring Students during Labs classes, online exams, and troubleshooting in case of problems.
• Following& supervising students through Learning Model System.
• Aide undertaking maintenance of computers in the labs to ensure they are working properly.
• Troubleshooting with software and hardware to working with other peripherals equipment such as scanners and printers.
• Coordinating with the computer technician to arrange for the repairs needed.
• Creating Record Maintenance including the type of malfunction and the suggested actions.
• Helping the lab users with various software and hardware system problems.

• Supervising in filling the Plan Sheet for the students in each semester according to the Academic Plan, the students' interests, and the Accumulated average for each student in the department.

• Supporting the prepotent students and encourage them .

• Holding management training courses to the targeted individuals and organizations in the surrounding environment.
• Coordinating with the other society service institutions to assess the needs of the required training courses.

I have passed the comprehensive Exam of Master Degree at the university. my GPA was 83.6 which is Very Good. The comprehesive Exam included 18 hours from the master degree sylabus. the materials were; Data Base, Knowledge Management, CRM, Advanced Analysis Systems, ISM, and Business Data Communications. each material was 3 credit hours.
