Key Result Areas:
• Strategically manage the warehouse in compliance according to company's policies and SOPs.
• Managing the warehouse utilization and optimizing the warehouse storage capacity
• Supervision of receiving, storage, distribution, and maintenance operations.
• Provide production department / other departments with all daily orders.
• Ensure that the warehouses are ventilated for the goods that are required.
• Put identification cards for warehouses and the contents of each warehouse.
• Supervise the selection and employment of competencies and provide appropriate training and motivation for employees.
• Cooperate with the quality department and follow up on quality notes.
• Calculating the monthly throughput along with the labors productivity for ensuring that there isn't any waste of time and finding any opportunity for saving costs.
• Motivating, organizing, and encouraging teamwork
• Implementing FEFO methodology.
• Implementing the GWP (good warehouse practices).
• overseeing stock control and processing orders.
• Keeping stock control systems updated.
• Adhering to all warehousing handling, and shipping legislation requirements.
• producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• maintaining standards of health and safety, and security in the work environment.
• Ensure all inventory levels by conducting physical counts with a fully analysis if any variances and reconciling with data storage system.
• Achieving financial objectives by preparing an annual budget (OPEX & CAPEX), scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions
• Monitoring the performance and progress of staff.
