Prepare daily journals for all Payable and receivable transactions (using ERP).
Prepare and insert petty cash statements for all company departments.
Doing periodic Reconciliations with Banks, cash boxes, suppliers, and customers.
Prepare and Audit the inward and outward checks on ERP Briton.
Participating in the inventory check, consolidating the results, and reporting it to the accounting manager.
Doing the check on the cash, and depositing the amounts in the banks
Audit local and foreign purchasing invoices and follow up the shipment till delivery.
Uphold awareness of applicable laws and regulations to maintain up to date compliance.
Provide financial advice and support to management to enable them to make sound business decisions.

* اعداد المصروفات النقدية وتسجيلها لكافة أقسام الشركة
* عمل تسويات مالية بشكل دوري مع البنوك - العملاء- الصناديق المالية - الموردين
* ERP Briton التدقيق على الشيكات الصادرة والواردة باستخدام
* المشاركة في عمليات جرد المخازن وتدقيق الحقائق ورفع تقارير لمدير الحسابات
* مراجعة عمليات ايداع الشيكات بالبنوك
* مراجعة طلبات الشراء المحلية والخارجية والفواتير ومتابعة الشحن حتى الاستلام
* الالمام بالقوانين والقواعد العمول بها في الدولة والتاكيد على تطبيقها في كافة المعاملات
* تقديم النصح المالي المطلوب للإدارة مما يمكنها من اتخاذ القرارات المناسبة
