• Design, configuration and testing in various SAP Modules: FI, SD, FI-TV, C4C.
• Investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications.
• Part of Change Management team at Salehiya Medical.
• Facilitates the implementation and support of SAP modules to enhance business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.

Undertake Quality Control reviews on the Client Life-cycle to ensure that the information obtained during Customer Due Diligence is in accordance with prescribed internal control, policies and
procedures.
Act as a single point of contact on requirements and providing quality
control sampling to ensure that quality is embedded for both New to
Bank and periodic review final review and completeness check.
• Perform full-range study and analysis of corporate portfolios to understand the customers’ industry, business operations and activities, ownership structure, financial performance, trade alliances, and relationships with other banks.
• Ensure due diligence is performed to comply with “Know Your Customer” and “Know Your Business” regulations
• Undertake analysis of customer and financial institution due diligence data in line with AML compliance obligations for enhanced due diligence
• Contribute to customer profiling & Monitoring strategies
• Contribute in identifying and addressing findings and generating reports on breaches that would put the bank at risk
• Maintain a current understanding of money laundering and terrorist financing issue, including policies, procedures, regulations, industry best practice criminal typologies and developing trends.
