• Responsible for maintaining and deepening the relationships with Barwa Bank’s customer as well as building a new relationships with a new customers for increasing the business.
• Responsible for providing efficient, friendly, and quality service to the customers, answering queries, providing information and guiding customers through various banking procedures.
• Establish and maintain relationships with individual and business customers and network within communities to find and attract new business.
• Carry out the approved marketing strategy to establish and maintain good working relations with existing customers.
• Attract new customers and pay personal attention to High Net Wealth Individuals (HNWI’s).
• Assist the Branch Manager with marketing Barwa Bank’s products and services to enhance the customer, deposit and loan bases quantitatively and qualitatively, and make periodic visits to current and potential customers for marketing purposes.
• Coordinate with the teller and the branch operation supervisor to ensure smooth and timely services delivery.
• Ensure that all customer’s suggestions, requirements, opinions, and complaints are effectively and efficiently recorded, analyzed, verified, and responded to, in order to offset customers’ dissatisfaction and potential discontinuation of client, so as to deter loss of business.
• Ensure high standards of confidentiality to safeguard commercially sensitive information.
