• Responsible for all Internal IT Issues in the Group & Their subsidiaries.
• Technical consultant for external Clients.
• Account Manager, Pre Sales activities, handling IT projects from Start to End.
• Build All Maarif Infrastructure (Data Center & Schools Network projects) that cost 7 Million SAR & Counting.
• Managing Network & Operation Team which operate 94 Servers all over the kingdom
(and counting) serving around 23000 user, including (Hyper-V, Cluster, Exchange 2007, TMG 2010 Servers, System center Technologies, SQL Servers, windows 2008 R2, Dell SAN System, SharePoint 2007, DPM 2010, Forefront Client Security, Forefront Protection for Exchange & SharePoint, Microsoft AX 2012, Citrix) …etc
• Supervise & operate all Maarif IT Projects like (LAN & WAN Projects, Microsoft ITAcadmey Project, Multipoint Server 2011, 2012 Project, Intel Classmate Project) …etc
• Responsible for backup & disaster recovery plans for NOC.
• Responsible for all software licenses required in Maarif.
• Supervise all Schools Tech Support Staff all over the kingdom & make annual evaluation.
• Managing the Technical support team, administrating different production servers, Network, Internet, Wan connectivity &Video Conferencing solutions, …etc
I was a Team Leader of Technical Team that offering support to the company:
• Remotely managing 6 external dedicated servers & 5 internal servers.
• Installing and administrating windows Servers + Domain controllers.
• Installing and administrating Database Servers (MYSQL, MS-SQL).
• Installation Visual Studio 2005 Team Foundation.
• Installing and administrating Web Servers (Apache, IIS).
• Implementing, and administrating computer Networks.
• Installing and administrating Internet access using (Microsoft ISA server).
• Installing and Managing e-mail servers (Serving over 270 clients).
