• Supervise & operate all Maarif IT Projects like (LAN & WAN Projects, Microsoft ITAcadmey Project, Multipoint Server 2011, 2012 Project, Intel Classmate Project) …etc
• Responsible for backup & disaster recovery plans for NOC.
• Responsible for all software licenses required in Maarif.
• Supervise all Schools Tech Support Staff all over the kingdom & make annual evaluation.
• Managing the Technical support team, administrating different production servers, Network, Internet, Wan connectivity &Video Conferencing solutions, …etc

• Remotely managing 6 external dedicated servers & 5 internal servers.
• Installing and administrating windows Servers + Domain controllers.
• Installing and administrating Database Servers (MYSQL, MS-SQL).
