implement maintenance and trouble shooting for all mechanical equipment in offshore drilling rig ( drilling equipment, power generators, marine equipment, air compressors, fresh water generators, mission pumps and cranes )
1- supervision of all mechanical works in all company projects ( A/C, plumping, firefighting, lifts, elevators and power generation)
2- design and selection all equipment and presenting them for approval from consultant and owners
3- preparing of shop drawings for concerned works
4- selection and dealing with the subcontractors
5- preparing and revision for quantities surveying, invoices and time schedule
· Coordination between other involved departments and our field team (O&M team)
· Managing teams in the field and providing technical and logical support.
· Assuring high quality of work implementation and Customer Satisfaction.
· Managing the team resources and work development.
-familiar in trouble shooting for various control systems of generators like ( DSE, ineteli sys, inetligen, telys1, 2, nexys, )
- familiar in trouble shooting of various brands of diesel engines (deutz, Johndere, perkkins, ...)
- familiar in troubleshooting of various brands of alternators ( Stamford, leroysomer, olympian)
· Responsible for Generators (SDMO, P.E, ITSO, GMAC, ), ATS installation, testing and commissioning.
· Responsible for Installation and cable termination to energies the site.
· Responsible for the Firefighting system installation, testing, commissioning
· Responsible for Testing, commissioning and installation of H.V.A.C Panel including with Air-conditioning system.
· Responsible for AC M.D.B: Its installation and power supply to different panels from these M.D.B System according to load requirement panel designing and
selecting of different amperes CB, and final test of these systems and design to provide protection to these system, such as overload and low voltage and high voltage
· Responsible for Installation of DC power plant and its testing, calibration in which includes rectifier installation, Calibration, Testing, Batteries backup system
installation and testing In these system also installation of DC M.D.B.
· Responsible for Complete system of Aircraft light installation and testing for GSM towers
· Responsible for Security Access Control Panel installation, testing and commissioning.
· Responsible for B.A.T BOX test of GSM Shelter which deals all external alarms to O.M.C, any problem of trouble shooting for appearing of alarms in the O.M.C
solving and rectification during the alarm extension test to O.M.C
· Responsible for Performance of complete test for sites in the presence of client to handover them,
· Managing the team resources and work development. Managing all new projects and phases and assuring high quality in implementation performance.
· Responsible for Earthing Type & Lighting System.

- installation of air breathing charging units& plants in diving centers and Safari boats
- creation of Nitrox air systems by using membranes
- checking and approval for air tanks by using the hydrostatic test
- implementation of domestic water network by using PVC 10 bar pipes
- implementation of hot water network supply& return by using poly propylene pipes
- implementation of irrigation network by using PVC 10 bar pipes
- implementation of fire fighting network by using PVC 16 bar pipes and seamless sch 80 pipes
- implementation of drainage network (manholes& branches) by using PVC 6 bar pipes
- installation of mechanical works for sewage lift station
- installation of mechanical works for water tank (2000m) ( body flanges, jockey pumps, booster pumps)
