the Current Nature of the work and Current Tasks in the Company
- I occupy nowadays legality affairs and public relations in Delmon General Land Transport Company

- Follow-up to the financial dues of the company with it’s customers in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia
- Writing notes of the citations of financial claims in favor of the company to its
customers and debtors and present and followed it in the courts of the State.
- Drafting trade contracts and agreement by which the company confirmed it with new clients
- Give advice on legal and regulatory conditions in tenders of contracts offered by public bodies by which the company enter as a competitor
- Take over the staff in the company in terms of Nationality and accommodation and Ministry of Labor
- Provide legal communication of the workers who are absent from their work after the expiry of the legal period for warning
- Notifying the police of the rebate checks and follow-up in front of the public
prosecutor to the last degree in litigation
- Coordination of the public relations between the company and the public entities in the state, and between all the customers and clients dealing with it
- Subscribe with the company Board Directors in formatting the annual strategic plan of the function of the company

متابعة المستحقات المالية للشركة مع عملائها في الامارات والسعودية .
كتابة مذكرات دعاوي المطالبات المالية لصالح الشركة تجاه عملائها المدينين و رفعها و متابعتها في محاكم الدولة .
صياغة العقود الاتفاقية التجارية التي تبرمها الشركة مع العملاء الجدد .
اعطاء المشورة في الشروط القانونية و التنظيمية في مناقصات العقود التي تطرحها الجهات العامة و تدخل بها الشركة كمنافس .
تولي شؤون الموظفين في الشركة من ناحية علاقات الجنسية والاقامة و وزارة العمل .
رفع بلاغات الهروب على العمال المتخلفين عن العمل بعد انقضاء المدة القانونية للانذار .
تقديم البلاغات الى الشرطة في الشيكات المرتجعة و متابعتها امام النيابة العامة الى اخر درجة في التقاضي .
تنسيق العلاقات العامة للشركة فيما بينها و بين الجهات العامة في الدولة و بينها و بين كافة العملاء و المتعاملين معها .
الاشتراك مع مجلس ادارة الشركة في وضع الاسترتيجية السنوية لخطة عمل الشركة
