Working with the UAE ministry of human resources and Emirati- zation as an associate expert in the policies and research sector, carrying out research, studies, and policy assessments, evaluating and proposing new policies.
my work with the ministry includes:
• Propose, suggest, and carry out sector research agenda.
• Conduct primary and secondary research on labour mar-
ket conditions.
• Analyze and interpret the data to test the effectiveness
of current policies.
• Carrying out background research and literature reviews.
• Calculate and monitor labour market indicators as per
the ILO and world organization standards.
• Monitoring Labour market competitiveness indicators
from various international sources.
• Conducting labour market competitiveness research to
improve the UAE’s ranking.
• Develop labour market intelligence products that contrib-
ute to the research and policies agenda.
• Monitor labour market conditions and ensure the accura-
cy of current forecasts.
• Participate actively in the ongoing intellectual develop-
ment and continuous improvement of labour market
forecast models, products, and tools.
• Writing technical and non-technical reports and policy
briefs on economic trends and forecasts.
• Suggesting new market performance indices.
• Propose new initiatives to improve the sector’s perfor-
mance, competitiveness, and adaptability.
I have been working as a research and studies specialist for Dubai Land Department, Dubai Government. As a research specialist, my role includes analyzing economic data as well as real estate data to validate the government policies related to the real estate sector and its intersection sectors such as tourism, retail, and business activity sector including:
• Studying several economic sectors affecting real estate performance.
• Conducting policy briefs and policy papers.
• White papers and policy recommendations for both local
and sectoral levels.
• Reviewing current policies and propose enhancement,
changes, and new policies that mitigate and enhance the
real estate sector.
• Propose and study new policies and recommendations
changes in current laws and policies to promote econom-
ic growth.
• Review and recommend changes in current laws and
propose new laws and procedures that enhance the real
estate sector environment in both local and federal levels.

working with DRK company that based in Saudi Arabia from Dubai as a freelancing researcher to provide the data analysis and the statistical analysis report for different studies.
working at I soft as a Customer Support Consultant responsible for evaluating our projects on customer satisfaction which contains Surveys design, Data Collection, Data Analysis and Reporting as well as other research work related to the transportation sector in Dubai.
I worked with pioneers company as a freelancing Researcher from Dubai, and i was responsible for data analysis and reporting.
I worked at Banque Misr in the Central Unit for working Standard and Quality Assurance, this unit is the research arm of Banque Misr, we do Studies about Egyptian banking sector and our Competitors and analyze Egyptian economic situation. In addition to that, we do some studies in M&E system for the Employee and we study also the customer and employees satisfaction and my main responsibilities was:

3- Reviewing collected data to insure that all questionnaire was correctly entered.
4- Analyze data using different statistical package softwares such Spss, Eviews and Stata depending on analyses type.

Elmasry company is a consultancy company in field of marketing and market research and my main responsibility was analyzing data collected about a new product to help a bout the feasibility of the product, existing supply and expected demand.

We studied all economics fields and while the study i awarded the first place in competition In international economics, also i get tow scholarships one to get ICDL from microsoft company and the other one in E views "Economic software".
