Main responsibilities:

1. Monitor the arrival immigration problems, retrieve relevant documentation and report accordingly ensuring adherence to all procedures with regard to travel, immigration and safety regulations
2. Provide assistance to passengers on arrival and departure, ensuring high quality and professional passenger service is maintained at all times
3. Assist in the preparation and completion of pre and post flight documentation and statistical information to ensure all data is accurately accounted for.
4. Assist in dealing with problems such as delays, disruptions, excess baggage or denied boarding

Main responsibilities:

1. Liaison between CMG and the clients
2. Establish and manage presence on public social networking sites (Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) to increase our clients’ brand awareness
3. Become the voice of our clients on the social media space, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate and engage in conversations with our target audience
4. Developing and documenting key strategic documents for clients’ social networking presence
5. Analyzing and supervising execution of strategy documents
