• Graduated from Cisco systems Global Talent Acceleration Program that held in Estarta solutions Amman-Jordan, which it is a one year program divided into three phases:
1. Phase one: Training courses containing technical courses like CCNA, CCNP, and CCIE. And soft skills courses like presentation skills, advanced communication skills, problem solving skills and technical instruction skills..
