Brief Responsibility: Overlooking the full operation of the 11-building located in Lusail City
(housekeeping, security, maintenance, supplier, ) Planning and coordinating all installations
and refurbishments. Managing the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and
safety standards, Inspecting buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or
renovations, testing and commission all systems prior to take over new buildings. Hire the
required staff to operate the building, Report on daily basis to the VP about all activities in
both categories (under construction and completed buildings) Plan and perform owner
association meeting. manage owners and vendor relationships Coordinate and monitor
activities of contract suppliers Review and analysis utilities consumption, Prepare and
proceed with all required scope of work. Advising businesses on increasing energy
efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and
environmental, health and security. Impalement and develop best practice in terms of
control and movement of owner and tenants
Brief Responsibility: Assisting director of engineering in daily operation of the engineering
department. Setting and monitoring & developing department goals, Perform daily
inspection for all systems (life and safety, HVAC, gas, water, electric...etc...) Ensuring
building and assets physical condition maintained, handling all local authorities’ inspections,
and following up on their requirement. Perform daily inspection for guest’s rooms,
overlooking at daily engineering tasks, Budget and financial setting and controlling, Staff
selection and determination of required positions. Work hand in hand with other
department head on customer satisfaction. Attending owners meeting, Plan and attend
renovation meetings (progress meeting), Prepare and publish all tenders DOCS including
scope of work .Order all required materials parts within budget.
Responsibility: ensuring all villas, rooms, outlets, and other areas of the resort running
smoothly with high standard, Taking care of all systems and maintenance issues of the
property,
Develop and upgrade the systems and facilities of the property
Handling all new projects, handling CAPEX and following the owning company procedures,
handling purchasing for engineering department, overlooking for landscaping,
communicating with vendors, follow up on the annul contracts, maintain the good relation
among the team and with other department.
Responsible on daily operation of the engineering department.
Maintain the entire hotel facility: including the physical building structure; all mechanical,
electrical, HVAC systems, and related equipment in accordance with a planned preventative
maintenance programme.
Ensure all areas are maintained to the high standard expected by our guests.
Utilize a leadership style and training programme, which supports the philosophy of
empowerment, provides direction and support to develop a pro-active and flexible team.
Controlling the expenses and spend as per our budget.
Training and supervising 12 staff employees. And 4 supervisors
Responsible for handling guest complains, repairing and maintaining laundry and kitchen
equipments, air handling unite, dealing and cooperating with suppliers, contractors and
other departments in the hotel property.BMS (Building Management System) plumping
system, SPA and pool equipment.
Responsibility: daily checking SPA, meeting rooms, and all public areas
Attend and rectify all kind of complains within the hotel, follow the monthly preventive
maintenance, perform care program for all outlets supervise 4 employees, assign their daily
task.
Responsible for supervising vehicles (in-out movement), maintenance operations and performing
regular inspection for vehicles mechanical condition. Requesting for parts, overhauling tanker
engines. Assigning tasks for drivers, perform weekly site inspection for the remote areas
Daily reports: about petrol consumption, tankers trips, technicians attendance, parts receiving
and discharging, etc….
Performing light electrical maintenance tasks within engineers team.
The focus on laundry equipment. As well as fun city equipments, overlooking of Diesel
Generator which was in used to run the fun city.
