*Implement Brand Strategy and Style Guide to facilitate the implementation of key marketing initiatives in retail markets for the assigned region.

*Plan, design, and implement in-house retail sales training programs in English and Arabic.

*Create English and Arabic training content independently to meet the training objectives of the management.

*Travel, Establish and maintain regular communication with the retail sales team, including regional in-charges/sales heads, to ensure awareness of current business strategy, objectives, and training needs.

*Plan and carry out field training for the retail sales team, ensuring that product learning and customer experience are implemented on the floor.

*Identify internal trainers and coach them on how to build effective remote working partnerships with a Train-The-Trainer population by engaging, motivating, and training this critical team.

* Deliver internal sales team presentations on new product launches, customer service, service enhancement, introduction, marketing materials, and communication strategy.

*Work closely with key members of the sales teams and sales performance analytics teams to recognize areas of growth and improvement.

*Monitor and suggest improvements to the staff uniform, visual merchandise display, and in-store display.
