• Establishing the project quality control and assurance plans in accordance with contract, specifications and PSC procedures.
• Ensure of the proper implementation and compliance with quality plans and quality related procedures during project design, fabrication, installation and delivery.
• Defines and measures the overall effectiveness of the project quality plan.
• Reviewing of all Project quality documents before Client submittal (Ex, ITP’s, Welding, Material, NDT, Painting…etc) to ensure compliance with contract and specifications.
• Verify and check that last revision of Drawings, Specifications, Method Statement and ITP are available at work site and well understood by quality team and other concerns.
• Ensure of the proper implementation of QA/QC method of statements within the project scope.
• Coordinate with Client representative regarding shop and site audit.
• Coordinate and witness all third party/subcontractors relevant tests conducted at shop and site as required.
• Trouble Shooting for Quality Related Problems.
• Control, follow up for the proper close out of non-conformance in according to PSC control procedures, and ensure of proper implementation of related corrective/preventive action (If any).
• Ensure proper implementation of the equipment and tools calibration procedures.
• Lead and Participate in all certification and renewals related to Quality, Safety and Environmental Management Systems.
• Lead and Participate in certification and renewals related to ASME Quality Management systems related to ASME A, S, U and PP Certification Marks, as well as National Board Certification NB and R Stamp.
• Participate in the Business Development System through presentations, study, and estimation required for new customers and project.

Managing of all related quality control activities for fabrication activities within PSC fabrication shop; and erection activities within PSC sites.
Scope of work: Steel structure, piping and plate works
Projects: Water treatment, power boilers, oil and gas, ...etc.

and sites Related to the following sections:
- Certification and Training Group.
- QMS & HSE Audit Group.

 Managing all fabrication activities related to all factories and departments.
 Preparation for the new modifications projects for Factory 1 and 2 started in the 1St of January, 2007.
 Preparation of all fabrication procedures for critical and complex items.
 Preparation of welding procedures for different types of materials and processes.
 Re-qualification for our welders.

2. Re-manufacturing Department:

 Managing all hard facing activities ( Hard facing by welding or brazing of tungsten carbide chips ).
 Preparation of welding procedures for different types of hard facing materials and applications ( For example, hard facing of extruders augers, pressure heads, mixing blades, hammer mills, heat resistance facing of spinning discs
 Preparation of welding procedures for the repairs of heavy equipments with follow up of the implementation as per request of heavy equipment department
 Re-qualification for our welders.
 Preparation of the quality system related to the hard facing activities ( Process flow charts, procedures, documentation system, …. etc. ).
 Researches for new materials, machines, ideas and suppliers; helping in the reduction of process cost with quality improvement.

3. Hard Chrome plating department:

 Leading the department team in the preparation of complete and detailed quality system for the chrome plating shop, including; plating procedures for each types of incoming materials, periodic statistical analysis for incoming materials and productivity, quality inspection reports, chemicals monitoring, anode design, preventive maintenance for chromic bathes, and, …..etc.
 Follow up of the implementation of the quality system day by day.
 Follow up the expansion project of chrome plating shop.
 Researches for new materials, machines, ideas and suppliers; helping in the reduction of process cost with quality improvement
