water-sector projects. Managed a multidisciplinary site team of 55+ technical staff and 400+
workforce personnel.

• Acting General Manager Responsibilities Served as Acting General Manager for day-to
day corporate operations, coordinating activities across Projects, Procurement, Finance,
Human Resources, Logistics, Commercial, Customer Relations, and Support Functions to
ensure uninterrupted business and project performance. Coordinated with Project Directors
and site management teams to resolve operational bottlenecks, resource constraints,
technical issues, and cross-functional challenges affecting project delivery. Led resolution
of subcontractor-related commercial and operational issues, facilitating payment processes,
contract administration, and site support requirements to maintain project continuity.
Directed coordination between Procurement, Warehousing, and Site Operations teams to
ensure timely material availability, supplier performance, and uninterrupted supply chain
operations. Worked closely with Finance leadership to review company and project financial
positions, monitor cash flow requirements, and support operational decision-making.
Oversaw customer issue resolution for residential developments, coordinating with
technical and commercial teams to enhance customer satisfaction and protect company

• IL Mondo Residential Compound & Commercial Mall: Led full-lifecycle delivery of 26
residential buildings B+G+8+ Roof, |1, 500 Sq m | footprint each, an 8, 000 Sq M commercial
mall, sports/social club, comprehensive MEP infrastructure networks, and a dedicated on
site concrete batch plant.
• Business District Commercial Development: Directed, structural, architectural, MEP,
and infrastructure delivery for twin commercial towers with an integrated commercial mall
podium Basement + Ground Floor + Mezzanine + 10 Typical Floors + Roof over a footprint
exceeding | 10, 000 Sq M | within the Financial District at the new administration capital,
east of the new Cairo.
• Premium Residential Developments, New Cairo: Synchronized parallel construction of
15 standalone residential buildings B+G+4+ Roof | 1, 000 Sq M | footprint each across prime
locations within the Fifth Settlement and Heliopolis City
• Tourism Island Development (Red Sea): Formulated and executed the master planning,
utility frameworks, and deep infrastructure for a Red Sea Island tourist resort under a 20-
year BOT concession, managing the construction of sustainable, light-gauge structures
spanning a footprint exceeding | 50, 000 Sq M | as a first phase of the development plan.

• Directed construction and infrastructure supervision for a mega-scale development
comprising 300 residential buildings B+G+ 8 Floors + Roof, 100 villas, 200 twin villas, an
international school, an international tennis club, pump stations, electrical substations, and
security facilities. Led quality assurance, design compliance, shop drawing and material
approval processes, progress valuations, and schedule-performance controls to ensure
successful project delivery within approved budget and timeline targets.

Directed full-lifecycle execution of fast-track industrial steel structures, heavy RC buildings,
and logistics infrastructure.

• Managed fast-track precast and post-tensioned construction for mega clients (Saudi
Aramco, SECCO, BEMCO) across Power Plants PP-8, PP-9, PP-10, substations, and the
Dirab Road Underpass.

• Enforced QA/QC testing and inspection programs for precast/prestressed concrete lines in
compliance with SBC, ASTM, PCI, ACI, and Saudi Aramco standards.

• Supervised structural reinforced concrete works for the Dammam Sewage Treatment Plant
Expansion Project.

• Supervised foundation and civil works for initial post-graduation residential developments.
