1. Work as IT Technician, installing and set up new pc and connecting to the organization network and then to the United Nation network in Iraq.
2. Maintenance work of IT devices. ( pc, network plrinters, digital senders.
3. e-mail system managements and operation.
4. Network connection managements and operation (Cisco Switches and access points, Meru controller and access points managements )
5. Installation and maintenance of Local Area Networks and electronic mail systems.
6. Help in the training of the staff for IT systems and computer software (like MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, and other office related software).
7. Maintenance and distribute of Local Internet system
Working as an IT, maintenance and managing computers of employers and wireless and wired networking. Software and hardware maintenance, operation system installing, MS Office and Anti-Virus installation and updating, Installing new computers, printers and scanners. Requesting for IT equipments, making and updating IT equipments inventory and reporting it to main office, training employers and help them to use MS office and other softwares.
Managing technical unit of customer service of ARIAFON company for wireless telephon system including supervising eingineers in the unit, programming terminals, organizing list of terminal numbers, training engineers to program the terminals, solving terminal probloms of customers.
1. Installation and maintenance of all data processing (including computers, printers, and photocopy machines), and electronic equipment in the North Office. This includes diagnosing hardware problems, and performing minor repairs.
2. Installation and maintenance of Local Area Networks and electronic mail systems.
3. Maintenance of computerized data systems like the Imprest Accounting System for AUS fund.
4. Help in the training of the staff for EDP systems and computer software (like MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, and other office related software).
5. Installing and maintenance the Comunication system ( including the telephone switchbord, networks and telephone sets, wirless telehones, Satellitephone, FAX's, GSM mobiles ...etc )
6. Installation and maintenance of HF and VHF communication systems Base and Mobiles.
7. Maintenance and distribute of Local Internet system in the office.

Under the direct supervision of OIC, Coordinator incumbent will perform the following duties as a communication technecian:
1. Installing and maintenance the Comunication system ( including the telephone switchbord, networks and telephone sets, wirless telehones, Satellitephone, FAX's, GSM mobiles ...etc )
2. Installation and maintenance of HF and VHF communication systems Base and Mobiles.
3. Maintenance and distribute of Local Internet system in the office.
4. Supervising the EDP and Communication Unit of Coordination office and the three north sub-offices in north of Iraq
