- Working as a member of Network Support team to guarantee the constant operation of a highly performing, reliable and secure data network hosting a variety of systems including physical and virtual servers, backup and storage systems distributed across data centers.
- Designing, implementing, maintaining and optimizing network solutions according to best practices and based on customers' requirements.
- Managing the customers' networks and hosted infrastructures whilst making sure that solutions are delivered efficiently and within the expected time frames in accordance to the service level agreements.
- Managing corporate network projects and proposals and liaising with 3rd parties.

- Establishing the networking environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation, defining, documenting and enforcing system standards.
- The design and implementation of new solutions and improving resilience of the current environment.
- Undertaking data network fault investigations in local and wide area environments, using information from multiple sources.
- Securing network systems by establishing and enforcing policies, and defining and monitoring access.

Roles and responsibilities:
- Operate, monitor and maintain Company Transmission Network.
- Maintain high Network KPI’s Figures.
- Supervise all Transmission corrective and preventive maintenance activities.
- Traffic management for the network at both access and backbone.
- Resources management and flow control of transmission equipment.
- Working with transmission planning tools.
- Develop and implement transmission network plans.
- Interference calculation for the MW links.
- Reports and requirements preparations for TRC approvals and related issues.

Roles and responsibilities:
- Responsible for core network operations, maintenance (O&M) activities and performance associated with Internet and WiMAX systems.
- Responsible for microwave transmission system monitoring and maintenance.
- Responsible for data canter network, security operations, maintenance (O&M) activities, performance associated with vlans, firewalls, and IPS systems.
- Responding to Network-wide outages including, but not limited to; WiMAX systems, IP network, Voice Gateways Failure, Transmission Failure, Voice Trunk Outage, Internet services failure, and Auxiliary Service outage.
- Responsible for provisioning and commissioning WiMAX network infrastructure, including AirSpan HiperMAX, SDR Blades, Subscribers Stations (Easy ST, and ProST), with AirSpan NMS (NetSpan).
- Coordinating trouble resolution with other service providers in order to minimize customer (and non-customer) affecting downtime and responding to and tracking any such issues by ensuring customer care is promptly notified while ensuring resolution and/or proper handoff to team members.
- Providing support for WAN and LAN infrastructure, troubleshooting and design solutions for major network problems.
- Responsible for maintaining the documentation, trouble reports and serviceability of all networking hardware and software involved in keeping all systems performing up to service level agreements.

Roles and responsibilities:
- RCSP RedLine Support Professional.
- Perform RedLine link budget calculation.
- Perform RedLine link configuration.
- Conduct network measurements & coverage plots using drive test tools like GENEX Probe and TEMS Investigation Data Collection to identify the coverage, quality status for region/cluster.
- Conduct drive test for sites, follow up and check their database parameters, neighbours list and features with the implementation of new features and software parameters changes that does enhance the KPI’s.
- Analyze the Drive Test log files using Post Processing Tool like GENEX Assistant, TEMS Investigation Route Analysis and Mapinfo to resolve coverage, quality, interference, handover, and call drop problems.
- Examine the performance of the sites by doing frequent field drive test and optimize the cells sites database parameters and antenna configuration - type/azimuth/ tilt/height- to get better performance.
- Write and review RF optimization reports including statistical analysis of KPIs and plots from the post-processing tool
